Accident Compensation Solicitors Group is a non profit organisation formed to protect the rights of innocent accident victims.
Members of ACSG are experienced qualified personal injury solicitors who specialise in obtaining compensation for people injured in accidents.
Our aims and objectives are:
1. To ensure that the best interest of the claimant shall at all times prevail.
2. To campaign about the right to choose one’s own Solicitor.
3. To campaign against the insurer direct settlement approach.
4. To undertake to discourage the payment of referral fees for claims.
5. To lobby the insurance industry to give their customers a choice of panel
or own chosen solicitor subject to a chosen solicitor meeting our criteria
through membership of ACSG.
6. To undertake not to be disproportionate with compensation and costs
against whom we claim.
7. To encourage a level playing field for claimants and their solicitors, and
the insurance industry.
8. To strike a balance of fairness and transparency.
9. To lobby government, regulatory bodies and trade organizations at all
times as is appropriate.
10. To educate, inform and exchange information between members.
